“A CALL TO PRAYER" An Evening of Intercession for our Nation and for the Nations MONDAY, May 2nd at 6:30 pm Hardy Street baptist Church Led by Pastor/Author - Dr. Greg Frizell of Oklahoma City, OK Monday, May 2nd, Pine Belt Churches and citizens are invited to a very special time of prayer for our community, our country, and for the world! “A Call To Prayer: An Evening of Intercession for our Nation and the Nations” sponsored by the Pine Belt Baptist Association will be hosted by Hardy Street Baptist Church at 1508 Hardy Street. With the weight of the moral and spiritual climate of our Nation… we need to pray! We are facing a nationwide decline of values of pandemic proportions. The breakdown of families, the rise of crime in communities is very evident… We certainly don’t have to belabor that point, and complaining about the situation doesn’t help. But we believe that seeking God’s intervention does! In conjunction with the National Day of Prayer, Pine Belt Baptists have invited Dr. Greg Frizzell to come to the Pine Belt and lead a time of focused prayer for revival and spiritual awakening on Monday, May 2nd at 6:30 p.m. Dr. Frizzell served through the Baptist General Convention of Oklahoma in the area of prayer and spiritual awakening for a number of years before launching a global initiative called the The Restored Foundations Initiative. He is highly sought after as a teacher and author on the subject of prayer. Dr. Will Wall, Area Mission Strategist for Pine Belt Baptists personally invites our entire community to “A Call To Prayer: An Evening of Intercession for our Nation and the Nations” on Monday, May 2nd at 6:30 p.m. at Hardy Street Baptist Church, 1508 Hardy Street. This will be a time of instruction and intercession. Dr. Frizzell will lead us in an interactive prayer experience as we cry out together to the Lord. Wall said, “Our desire is that this would be a united effort seeking deep transformation and a Christ Awakening in every church, and every heart in the nation. We need prayer for our churches, our community and our country. We see the manifest presence of God as our only hope and we want to pray to Him in repentance and brokenness for the condition that we are in.
